• Canadian Bangladeshi – can help Bangladeshis develop new products and processes through joint ventures and technology transfer – which is also useful in operations, management, and administrative infrastructure change policies.
• Canadian Bangladeshis can contribute to the establishment of industries – they can help to develop continuous local integration and linkages industries.
• Canadian Bangladeshis – can contribute by training Bangladeshi youth to create a skilled workforce for local and international job markets.

• কানাডিয়ান বাংলাদেশী – প্রগতিশীল এবং  প্রয়োজনীয়  দক্ষতা ভাগ করে বাংলাদেশের লোকেদের সজ্জিত করতে পারে- যা বাংলাদেশিদের জন্য অর্থবহ – স্বাস্থ্যকর এবং দীর্ঘ জীবনের ভিত্তি স্থাপন করতে পারে ।
• কানাডিয়ান বাংলাদেশী- ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে গৃহীত দুর্দান্ত ধারণা এবং অভিজ্ঞতা বাংলাদেশে নিয়ে আসতে পারে।  প্রয়োজনে অর্থ সংস্থান করে তারা ভাল ফিনিশড পণ্য এবং সেবা তৈরি করতে সহায়তা  করতে পারে।
• কানাডিয়ান বাংলাদেশী – যৌথ উদ্যোগ এবং প্রযুক্তি স্থানান্তরের মাধ্যমে নতুন পণ্য ও প্রক্রিয়া তৈরিতে বাংলাদেশিদের সাহায্য করতে পারে – যা  অপারেশন, পরিচালনা এবং প্রশাসনিক অবকাঠামো পরিবর্তন নীতিতেও দরকারী।
• কানাডিয়ান বাংলাদেশিরা শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠায় অবদান রাখতে পারে- ক্রমাগত স্থানীয় একীকরণ এবং সংযোগ শিল্পের বিকাশে তারা  সহায়তা করতে পারে।
