New technologies are changing all levels and aspects of our lives. New technologies are flooding the workplace and we need to be up-to-date with new challenges. We should be lifelong learners – because the advancement of technology is inevitable and ongoing – no one can escape or avoid it.
New technologies are being applied to reduce costs, increase productivity and increase quality. If you want to stay at the forefront of the profession, you need to master new techniques and methods. Although, learning about new technology is always difficult – don’t try to avoid the challenge for fear of failure.
Ways to Adapt and Manage New Technologies:
I Can’t Do It:- While new technology is difficult and complex – don’t think it’s impossible. Be brave – otherwise the fear of failure will hold you back.
Don’t Give Up on Learning New Technologies:- Overcome negative attitudes and nervousness. You already know about various technologies like driving a car, emailing, recording messages etc. Don’t think new technology is beyond your reach. If someone else can do it, so can you. Review how you’ve succeeded in the past—when you were challenged to learn and do something new—and use those skills to your advantage.
Use Positive Attitude:- Ease your stress and anxiety. Instead of focusing on past failures, focus on learning and adapting. If others can – so can you. Remember – you are not the only one facing new technology issues. Entrepreneurs, businessmen, employees and consultants also find challenges and anxiety in learning new technologies.
নতুন প্রযুক্তি আমাদের জীবনের সমস্ত স্তর এবং দিকগুলি পরিবর্তন করছে। নতুন প্রযুক্তি কর্মস্থলে প্লাবিত হচ্ছে এবং নতুন চ্যালেঞ্জের সাথে আমাদের আপ-টু-ডেট হওয়া প্রয়োজন। আমাদের আজীবন শিক্ষার্থী হওয়া উচিত- কারণ প্রযুক্তির অগ্রগতি অনিবার্য এবং চলমান- কেউই এটা থেকে পালাতে বা এড়াতে পারে না।
ব্যয় কমানো, উচ্চ উত্পাদনশীলতা এবং গুণমান বৃদ্ধির জন্য নতুন নতুন প্রযুক্তি প্রয়োগ হচ্ছে । পেশায় সর্বাগ্রে থাকতে চাইলে নতুন কৌশল, এবং পদ্ধতিতে দক্ষ হতে হবে। যদিও, নতুন প্রযুক্তি সম্পর্কে শেখা সর্বদা কঠিন- ব্যর্থতার ভয়ে চ্যালেঞ্জটি এড়াতে চেষ্টা করবেন না।
নতুন প্রযুক্তি মানিয়ে নেওয়ার এবং পরিচালনা করার উপায়:
আমি এটা করতে পারব না:- নতুন প্রযুক্তি কঠিন এবং জটিল হলেও – অসম্ভব বলে মনে করবেন না। সাহসী হোন- অন্যথায় ব্যর্থতার ভয় আপনাকে পিছিয়ে দেবে।
নতুন প্রযুক্তি শেখার জন্য হাল কোন ছেড়ে দেবেন না:- নেতিবাচক মানসিক মনোভাব এবং নার্ভাসনেসকে কাটিয়ে উঠতে হবে। আপনি ইতিমধ্যে বিভিন্ন প্রযুক্তি সম্পর্কে জানেন, যেমন- গাড়ি চালানো, ইমেলিং, বার্তা রেকর্ডিং ইত্যাদি। ভাববেন না- নতুন প্রযুক্তি আপনার সামর্থ্যের বাইরে। অন্য কেউ যদি এটি করতে পারে তবে আপনিও তা করতে পারবেন। অতীতে আপনি কীভাবে সফল হয়েছেন তা পর্যালোচনা করুন- যখন আপনাকে নতুন কিছু শেখা এবং করার জন্য চ্যালেঞ্জ জানানো হয়েছিল – এবং সেই দক্ষতাগুলি আপনার সুবিধার্থে ব্যবহার করুন।
ইতিবাচক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ব্যবহার করুন:- নিজের স্ট্রেস এবং আতঙ্ককে সহজ করুন। অতীতের ব্যর্থ চেষ্টায় মনোনিবেশ করার পরিবর্তে, শেখার এবং অভিযোজনে মনোনিবেশ করুন। অন্যরা যদি পারে- তবে আপনিও এটি করতে পারেন। মনে রাখবেন- কেবল আপনিই নতুন প্রযুক্তির সমস্যার মুখোমুখি হন না। উদ্যোক্তা, ব্যবসায়ী, কর্মচারী এবং পরামর্শকরাও নতুন প্রযুক্তি শেখার জন্য চ্যালেঞ্জ এবং উদ্বেগ পান।
