Ways to Maintain Integrity in Workplace:

• To maintain integrity at work – think of a situation – where you have to sacrifice something to stay true to values.
• Be responsible for your actions.
• Practice patience and control sensitivity.
• Practice open communication.
• Be respectful of self, citizen and others.
• To maintain integrity in the workplace – maintain respect during conflict.
• Promptly report and assess inappropriate, unethical behavior in yourself and others.

Example:

• During lunch- colleagues start criticizing a co-worker’s inability to meet deadlines and the manager’s failure to deal with the situation. I knew I had to make the right choice. After understanding their concerns, I suggested discussing her concerns directly with the employee and the manager.

• সততা- সহকর্মীরীদের আস্থা ও সম্পর্ক তৈরি করে – এবং নিয়োগকর্তারা নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত সহকর্মীরী থেকে সততা কামনা করে।

কর্মক্ষেত্রে সততা বজায় রাখার উপায়:

• কর্মক্ষেত্রে সততা বজায় রাখতে – এমন একটি পরিস্থিতির কথা চিন্তা করুন- যেখানে মূল্যবোধের সাথে সত্যে থাকতে আপনাকে কিছু ত্যাগ করতে হবে।
• আপনার কর্মের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ হন।
• ধৈর্য এবং সংবেদনশীলতা নিয়ন্ত্রনে অনুশীলন করুন।
• মুক্ত যোগাযোগের অনুশীলন করুন।
•  নিজের, নাগরিক এবং অন্যের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল হন।
• কর্মক্ষেত্রে সততা বজায় রাখতে – দ্বন্দ্ব চলাকালীন শ্রদ্ধা রাখুন।
• অবিলম্বে নিজের এবং অন্যদের অনুপযুক্ত, অনৈতিক আচরণের প্রতিবেদন এবং মূল্যায়ন করুন।

উদাহরণ:

• মধ্যাহ্নভোজের সময়- সহকর্মীরা সময়সীমা পূরণে কোনও সহকর্মীর অক্ষমতা এবং পরিস্থিতি মোকাবেলায় পরিচালকের ব্যর্থতার সমালোচনা শুরু করে। আমি জানতাম যে আমাকে সঠিক পছন্দ করতে হবে। তাদের উদ্বেগ বোঝার পরে, আমি সেই কর্মচারী এবং পরিচালকের সাথে সরাসরি তার উদ্বেগ নিয়ে আলোচনা করার পরামর্শ দিয়েছিলাম।
