Marriage – A blessing and union between two people – who want to spend the rest of their lives together. Marriage – social, legal contract – commitment between spouses – they want to live together with emotional, and sexual satisfaction. Love each other to produce children. Marriage – a joyful experience – where spouses create an atmosphere of love, romance, affection, devotion, trust, and understanding.

  • To maintain a lifelong good marital relationship – we need to understand the “body-mind connection” with our spouse:

Ways to Keep Married Life Forever:
  • Body: – Brings the spouse into the present – Responds to feelings such as sex, environment, and situation. Sexuality declines after a certain age – love, affection, mutual respect, sacrifice – and appreciation for each other – help sustain a lifelong marriage.
  • Mind: – Gives us the three stages of love – desire, attraction, and attachment – they are responsible for the intense bond with our spouse – helps make the marriage last a lifetime.
  • Desire:– Brings strong physical attraction to the sex drive of husband and wife together – and helps to sustain the marriage.
  • Attraction:– Brings the heart racing. Thus, spouses cannot sleep, eat, or feel passionate, sensual, and excited – unless they enjoy each other wholeheartedly.
  • Attachment:– brings the lasting commitment of marriage and childbearing – which encourages and leads to a lifetime together…
Otherwise, the marriage will end like this: –
“BED”- immediately after marriage; “BABY”- one year after marriage; “NO MORE”- another year later.
 বিবাহ – দুই ব্যক্তির মধ্যে একটি আশীর্বাদ এবং মিলন – যারা তাদের বাকি জীবন একসাথে কাটাতে চায়। বিবাহ – সামাজিক, আইনি চুক্তি – স্বামী/স্ত্রীর মধ্যে প্রতিশ্রুতি – তারা মানসিক, যৌন তৃপ্তির সাথে একসাথে বসবাস করতে চায়। একে অপরকে ভালবাসে সন্তান উৎপাদনের জন্য। বিবাহ – একটি আনন্দদায়ক অভিজ্ঞতা – যেখানে স্বামী/স্ত্রী প্রেম, রোমান্স, স্নেহ, ভক্তি, বিশ্বাস এবং বোঝাপড়ার পরিবেশ তৈরি করে।

  • দাম্পত্য সম্পর্ককে আজীবন ভালো রাখতে- জীবনসঙ্গীর সাথে আমাদের “শরীর-মনের সংযোগ” বুঝতে হবে:

দাম্পত্য জীবন আজীবন রাখার উপায়ঃ
  • শরীর: – স্বামী/স্ত্রীর  বর্তমান সময়ে নিয়ে আসে – যৌনতা, পরিবেশ এবং পরিস্থিতির মতো অনুভূতিতে সাড়া দেয়। নির্দিষ্ট বয়সের পরে যৌনতা হ্রাস পায় – প্রেম, স্নেহ, পারস্পরিক শ্রদ্ধা, ত্যাগ – এবং একে অপরের প্রতি উপলব্ধি -সারাজীবন বিবাহকে স্থায়ী করতে সহায়তা করে।
  • মন: – আমাদের প্রেমের তিনটি পর্যায় দেয়- আকাঙ্ক্ষা, আকর্ষণ এবং সংযুক্তি – সেগুলি আমাদের জীবনসঙ্গীর সাথে নিবিড় বন্ধনের জন্য দায়ী – বিবাহকে সারাজীবন স্থায়ী করতে সহায়তা করে ।
  • আকাঙ্ক্ষা:– স্বামী এবং স্ত্রীর একসাথে সেক্স ড্রাইভের জন্য শক্তিশালী শারীরিক আকর্ষণ নিয়ে আসে – এবং বিবাহকে স্থায়ী করতে সহায়তা করে ।।
  • আকর্ষণ:– হার্ট রেসিং নিয়ে আসে। সুতরাং, স্বামী/স্ত্রী  ঘুমাতে পারবেন না, খেতে পারবেন না, উত্সাহী, কামুক এবং উত্তেজিত বোধ করতে পারবেন না – যদি না একসাথে আন্তরিকভাবে উপভোগ না করেন।
  • সংযুক্তি:– বিবাহ এবং সন্তান ধারণের দীর্ঘস্থায়ী প্রতিশ্রুতি নিয়ে আসে – যা আজীবন একসাথে এগিয়ে যেতে উৎসাহিত করে এবং এগিয়ে নিয়ে যায়।…

অন্যথায় বিয়ে শেষ হবে এভাবে:-
বিয়ের পরপরই “বিছানা” – বিয়ের এক বছর পরে “ছানা” – আর এক বছর পরে “না”।
