Integrity- is the foundation of faith, unity, moral commitment, and the desire to do what is right. Integrity is the courage to meet the demands of reality. Employees need to possess such qualities in order to improve the work environment.

You need to look at yourself and do some analysis. How to judge others and how to justify yourself for developing honesty in the workplace! Example: Our manager went on a 2 week vacation. Some of my colleagues wanted to falsify our timesheets to reflect on overtime hours, which we did not do. I disagreed and was able to convince them that this was a bad idea. |
