Qualities of Incompetent Person:

• Incompetent people see problems at every opportunity – thinking there is no solution.
• Incompetent people think everyone is against them – and act on instinct or impulse.
• They act before thinking – not thinking about consequences or the future.
• Incompetent people talk more than they listen. Don’t want to ask for advice – too negative to accomplish anything.
• They never move forward – because they are always afraid to step out of their comfort zones.
• Incompetent people always feel right—and reject advice—because it makes them feel inferior.
• Incompetent people lack the persistence to recognize signs of failure.
• Incompetent people try to bring others down to their level – spread rumors – and use dirty tricks to bring others down.
• They don’t know what to do next – there is no balance between work and pleasure.
• Incompetent people – want the best in life – but don’t want any pain – take the easy way out – give up.

অদক্ষ লোকের গুণাবলী:

• অদক্ষ লোকেরা প্রতিটি সুযোগে সমস্যা দেখে- মনে করে কোনও সমাধান নেই।
• অদক্ষ লোকেরা প্রত্যেককে তাদের বিপক্ষে ভাবে- এবং প্রবৃত্তি বা প্ররোচনার ভিত্তিতে ক্রিয়াকলাপ শুরু করে ।
• তারা ভাবার আগে কাজ করে- পরিণতি বা ভবিষ্যতের কথা চিন্তা করে না।
• অদক্ষ লোকেরা শোনার চেয়ে অনেক বেশি কথা বলে। পরামর্শ জিজ্ঞাসা করতে চায় না- কিছু সম্পাদন করতে খুব নেতিবাচক।
• তারা কখনই এগিয়ে যায় না- কারণ তারা তাদের আরামদায়ক অঞ্চলগুলি থেকে বেরিয়ে আসতে সর্বদা ভয় পায় ।
• অদক্ষ লোকেরা সর্বদা সঠিক মনে করে – এবং পরামর্শ প্রত্যাখ্যান করে- কারণ এটি তাদের নিকৃষ্ট বোধ করায়।

• তারা পরবর্তীতে কী করবে তা জানে না- কাজের সাথে আনন্দ করার কোনও ভারসাম্য থাকে না ।
• অদক্ষ ব্যক্তি – জীবনে সেরা চায়- তবে কোনও কষ্ট চায় না- হাল ছেড়ে দেওয়ার সহজ উপায় গ্রহণ করে।
