Teacher’s Role  in Shaping Lives of Students:

• Teachers guide students in academic curricular and extracurricular activities – responsible for shaping the future of students. Makes students better people – which shapes their careers, their thinking, and their lives.
• The role of teachers is important not only in the classroom but also in society. Teacher – Teaches students knowledge such as conflict resolution, information processing, decision-making, resource allocation, wisdom, and moral values.
• Teachers ensure that each student receives appropriate learning in a safe environment – increasing student self-efficacy.
• Teachers – along with respect and personal confidence – prepare students with the knowledge, moral beliefs, character, leadership, and skills necessary for higher education, family, and community living.
• Teachers – impart knowledge, good values, traditions, and challenges of modern times to students – and ways to solve them.
• Teachers – are the epitome of patience – impartially treat all students equally. Gives students the skills to overcome challenges – and solve problems.
• Teachers – help the students to gain a better understanding and awareness about the facts and subject by giving real-life examples.
• Teachers help students through career counseling to choose the best career that suits their talent and skills.
• Teacher – helps students to be “problem-solving skills”, “creativity” “and innovative” with the right tools to make the right decisions in developing civilization. So that- students can contribute to the family, and society and create a better place for the next generation.

ছাত্রদের জীবন গঠনে শিক্ষকের ভূমিকা:

• শিক্ষকরা ছাত্রদের শিক্ষা পাঠ্যক্রম এবং বহির্ভূত কার্যকলাপে গাইড করেন – ছাত্রদের ভবিষ্যত গঠনের জন্য দায়ী। শিক্ষার্থীদের  আরও ভালো মানুষ হিসেবে গড়ে তোলে- যা তাদের ক্যারিয়ার, চিন্তাভাবনা, জীবন গঠন করে।
• শিক্ষকদের ভূমিকা শুধু শ্রেণীকক্ষে নয় – সমাজেও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। শিক্ষক – ছাত্রদের দ্বন্দ্ব সমাধান, তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণ, সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ, সম্পদ বরাদ্দ, প্রজ্ঞা এবং নৈতিক মূল্যবোধের মতো জ্ঞান শেখায়।
• শিক্ষক নিশ্চিত করে যে- প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থী নিরাপদ পরিবেশে যথাযথ শিক্ষা পাচ্ছে –  শিক্ষার্থীদের আত্ম-সম্পদ বৃদ্ধি হচ্ছে ।
• শিক্ষক – ছাত্রদের সম্মান এবং ব্যক্তিগত আত্মবিশ্বাসসহ – উচ্চ শিক্ষা, পরিবার  এবং সমাজে বসবাসের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞান, নৈতিক বিশ্বাস, চরিত্র, নেতৃত্ব, এবং দক্ষতা সহ  প্রস্তুত করেন ।
• শিক্ষক – শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে জ্ঞান, ভালো মূল্যবোধ, ঐতিহ্য, আধুনিক সময়ের চ্যালেঞ্জ – এবং সেগুলো সমাধানের উপায় প্রদান করেন।
• শিক্ষক – ধৈর্যের প্রতীক হয়ে – নিরপেক্ষভাবে সকল ছাত্রের সাথে সমান আচরণ করেন। শিক্ষার্থীদের চ্যালেঞ্জগুলি কাটিয়ে উঠতে – এবং সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা প্রদান করেন ।
• শিক্ষক – শিক্ষার্থীদের বাস্তব জীবনের উদাহরণ দিয়ে  ঘটনা এবং বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে আরও ভাল বোঝার এবং সচেতনতা বাড়াতে সহায়তা করেন।
• শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে মেধা, দক্ষতার সাথে মানানসই সেরা ক্যারিয়ার বাছাই করতে শিক্ষকরা   ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সেলিংয়ের মাধ্যমে সহায়তা করেন।
• শিক্ষক – সভ্যতা বৃদ্ধিতে শিক্ষার্থীদের সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার জন্য সঠিক সরঞ্জাম- “সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা”, “সৃজনশীলতা” “উদ্ভাবনী” হতে সহায়তা করেন। যাতে- শিক্ষার্থীরা পরিবারে, সমাজে অবদান রাখতে পারে এবং পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের জন্য একটি ভাল জায়গা তৈরি করতে পারে।
