• A problem solver needs to have the ability to solve problems in a calm and orderly manner – without doing anything bad. Every problem can be solved—you just have to learn to solve it.

The Problem of Problem-solving:

• When people try to solve the problem with the symptoms only – instead of finding the cause and symptoms – the solution becomes the problem.
• Problems are seen as negative – for which solving the problem becomes the cause of the problem.
• Symptom Events that trigger the problem – do not reflect the cause of the problem. So, the problem solver needs to analyze the root causes and effects – to find the right solution to the problem.

• সমস্যা সমাধানকারীর কিছু খারাপ না করে – শান্তভাবে এবং নিয়মিত পদ্ধতিতে সমস্যাগুলি সমাধান করার ক্ষমতা থাকা দরকার। প্রতিটি সমস্যা সমাধান করা যেতে পারে- কেবল সমাধান করা শিখতে হবে।

সমস্যা সমাধানের সমস্যা:

• লোকেরা যখন সমস্যার কারন এবং  লক্ষণ খুঁজে বের করার পরিবর্তে- শুধু লক্ষণ দিয়ে সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করে- তখন  সমাধানই সমস্যা হয়ে দাঁড়ায়।
• সমস্যা নেতিবাচক হিসাবে দেখা হয় – যার জন্য সমস্যা সমাধান করা সমস্যার কারণ হয়ে ওঠে।
• লক্ষণ ইভেন্ট যা সমস্যার সূত্রপাত করে – সমস্যার কারণ প্রতিফলিত করে না। সুতরাং, সমস্যার সমাধানকারীকে সমস্যার সঠিক সমাধান খুঁজতে – মূল কারণগুলি এবং প্রভাবগুলি বিশ্লেষণ করা দরকার।
