• Making assumptions can lead you to some real problems with others. Therefore, making assumptions about the person should be avoided.
• Example:
  My parents never understood my preferences – so I assumed – they didn’t love me.
  I assumed – the girl is not interested in me. So- I didn’t follow him – it was a mistake.

Guessing Impact:

• Don’t assume – that provokes, and teases others. Assumptions encourage us to be incompetent in a subject or activity.
• As a result of guessing – you can lose the opportunities waiting for you.
• Acting with assumptions means you are becoming judgmental. Make decisions based on what you think – without working through all the facts.
• Acting with assumptions means – you misunderstand other people – which leads to many miscommunications and problems.
• Be careful not to impose your assumptions on people. Ask them – how they feel and what they believe. How they can take the best course of action—which helps avoid conflict and anxiety in your life.

• অনুমান করা আপনাকে অন্যদের সাথে কিছু বাস্তব সমস্যার দিকে নিয়ে যেতে পারে। তাই -ব্যাক্তির সম্পর্কে অনুমান করা এড়ানো উচিত।
• উদাহরণ:
  আমার পিতামাতারা আমার পছন্দগুলি কখনই বুঝতে পারেন নি- তাই আমি ধরে নিয়েছি – তারা আমাকে ভালবাসেন না।
  আমি ধরে নিয়েছিলাম- মেয়েটি আমার প্রতি আগ্রহী নয়। তাই- আমি তাকে অনুসরণ করিনি -এটি একটি ভুল ছিল।

অনুমানের প্রভাব:

• অনুমান করবেন না- যা অন্যকে  প্ররোচিত, উত্যক্ত  করে। অনুমান আমাদের একটি বিষয়ে  বা ক্রিয়াকলাপে অদক্ষ ব্যক্তি হিসাবে উত্সাহিত করে।
• করার ফলে – আপনার জন্য অপেক্ষা করা সুযোগগুলি হারাতে পারেন।
• অনুমানের সাথে পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া মানে আপনি বিচারক হয়ে উঠছেন। আপনি কি মনে করেন সেই সিদ্ধান্তের পক্ষপাতিত্ব করেন- সমস্ত ঘটনা নিয়ে কাজ না করে।
• অনুমানের সাথে পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার অর্থ হল – আপনি অন্য লোকদের ভুল বুঝছেন- যা অনেক ভুল যোগাযোগ এবং সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করে।
• আপনার অনুমান মানুষের উপর চাপিয়ে না দেওয়ার বিষয়ে সতর্ক থাকুন। তাদের জিজ্ঞাসা করুন – তারা কেমন অনুভব করে এবং তারা কি বিশ্বাস করে। কিভাবে তারা সর্বোত্তম পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারে- যা আপনার জীবনে দ্বন্দ্ব এবং উদ্বেগ এড়াতে সাহায্য করে।
