Self-talk is the act of talking to oneself through an internal dialogue that is influenced by the subconscious mind. It is a way of revealing one’s thoughts, beliefs, questions, and ideas. Spending time alone with oneself helps in understanding oneself better. It is important to note that self-talk can be either negative or positive.
Importance of Self-Talk:
Identify thought patterns by observing what you think.
Is it primarily positive (optimistic)?
Is it primarily negative (blaming yourself or someone else for the situation)?
Positive Self-talk is always good. Knowing the art of self-talk will change your life. Self-talk will tell you whether what you’re doing is correct or not – or whether what you’re doing is because of your choice or outside advice and pressure.
If self-talk is mostly positive – you’re already a winner – but – if it’s mostly negative, you need to learn how to fix it – how to improve your thinking.
স্ব-কথন একটি অভ্যন্তরীণ সংলাপের মাধ্যমে নিজের সাথে কথা বলার কাজ যা অবচেতন মন দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয়। এটি একজনের চিন্তাভাবনা, বিশ্বাস, প্রশ্ন এবং ধারণা প্রকাশ করার একটি উপায়। নিজের সাথে একা সময় কাটানো নিজেকে আরও ভালভাবে বুঝতে সাহায্য করে। এটা মনে রাখা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যে স্ব-কথন নেতিবাচক বা ইতিবাচক হতে পারে।
নিজস্ব- কথোপকথনের গুরুত্ব:
আপনি যা ভাবছেন – তা পর্যবেক্ষণ করে চিন্তার ধরন সনাক্ত করুন।
এটি কি বেশিরভাগ ইতিবাচক (আশাবাদী)?
এটি কি বেশিরভাগ নেতিবাচক (পরিস্থিতির জন্য নিজেকে বা অন্য কাউকে দোষ দেওয়া)?
ইতিবাচক স্ব-কথোপকথন – আত্মসম্মান, চাপ ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং সুস্থতা উন্নত করে। হতাশা- উদ্বেগ এবং ব্যক্তিত্বের ব্যাধিগুলির যে কোনও উপসর্গ হ্রাস হয় ।
ইতিবাচক নিজস্ব-কথোপকথন সর্বদা ভাল। নিজের সাথে কথা বলার শিল্প জানলে জীবন বদলে যাবে। নিজস্ব-কথোপকথন আপনাকে জানায় যে – আপনি যা করছেন তা আপনার পছন্দের এবং ঠি ক কি না – নাকি বাহিরের পরামর্শ এবং চাপের কারণে।
নিজস্ব-কথোপকথন যদি বেশিরভাগ ইতিবাচক হয়- তবে আপনি ইতিমধ্যে বিজয়ী- তবে- বেশিরভাগ নেতিবাচক হলে তা ঠিক করার জন্য আপনার শেখা দরকার- কিভাবে চিন্তাভাবনা উন্নত করা যায় ।
