Teachers Roles in Shaping Students Lives:

• Teachers play an important role in shaping the lives of students. Affects not only the academic development of students – but also their personal growth and character building. Outside the classroom, teachers often act as mentors, guides, and role models that have an indelible impact that extends beyond the curriculum.
• Teachers facilitate learning. The focus of the 21st century teacher must be on radically different new teaching strategies to develop students’ higher order thinking skills, effective communication, collaboration and other skills they need.
• Teacher helps students develop the right tools to make good decisions, such as problem-solving skills, creativity and innovation, in developing civilization. As a result – students can contribute to the family, society and country and create a better environment for the next generation.
• Teacher is able to explain and demonstrate concepts in different ways for different types of students and learning styles. The teacher is also a good learner—s/he learns how his/her students learn and changes his/her teaching methods accordingly.
• Teachers guide students in academic curricular and extracurricular activities and are responsible for shaping the future of students.
• Teachers teach students knowledge such as conflict resolution, information processing, decision making, resource allocation, wisdom and moral values.
• Teachers ensure that every student receives appropriate education in a safe environment and students’ self-efficacy is enhanced.
• Teachers prepare students with the knowledge, moral beliefs, character, leadership, and skills necessary for higher education, family, and community living, including respect and personal confidence.
• Teachers inculcate in students knowledge, good values, traditions, challenges of modern times and ways to solve them.

ছাত্রদের জীবন গঠনে শিক্ষকের ভূমিকা:

• শিক্ষক ছাত্রদের জীবন গঠনে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করেন। শুধুমাত্র ছাত্রদের একাডেমিক বিকাশই নয়- বরং তাদের ব্যক্তিগত বৃদ্ধি এবং চরিত্র গঠনেও প্রভাবিত করে। শ্রেণীকক্ষের বাইরে, শিক্ষকরা প্রায়শই পরামর্শদাতা, গাইড এবং রোল মডেল হিসাবে কাজ করেন যা পাঠ্যক্রমের বাইরেও প্রসারিত অদম্য প্রভাব ফেলে।
• শিক্ষকরা শেখার সহায়ক। ২১ শতকের শিক্ষকের ফোকাস ছাত্রদের উচ্চ ক্রম চিন্তা করার দক্ষতা, কার্যকর যোগাযোগ, সহযোগিতা এবং তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য দক্ষতা বিকাশের জন্য অবশ্যই নতুন শিক্ষাদানের কৌশল তৈরি করতে হবে যার আমূল ভিন্ন।
• শিক্ষক সভ্যতা বৃদ্ধিতে ছাত্রদের সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার জন্য সঠিক সরঞ্জাম, যেমন – সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা, সৃজনশীলতা এবং উদ্ভাবনী হতে সহায়তা করেন। ফলসরূপ – ছাত্ররা পরিবার, সমাজ এবং দেশের জন্য অবদান রাখতে পারে এবং পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের জন্য ভাল পরিবেশ তৈরি করতে পারে।
• শিক্ষক বিভিন্ন ধরণের বিভিন্ন শিক্ষার্থী এবং শেখার শৈলীর জন্য বিভিন্ন উপায়ে ধারণাগুলি ব্যাখ্যা করতে এবং প্রদর্শন করতে সক্ষম হন। শিক্ষক নিজেও ভালো শিক্ষার্থী—তিনি শিখেন যে কীভাবে তার শিক্ষার্থীরা শেখে এবং সেই অনুযায়ী ছাত্রদের শিক্ষাপদ্ধতি পরিবর্তন করেন।
• শিক্ষক ছাত্রদের শিক্ষা পাঠ্যক্রম এবং বহির্ভূত কার্যকলাপে গাইড করেন এবং ছাত্রদের ভবিষ্যত গঠনের জন্য দায়ী।
• শিক্ষক ছাত্রদের দ্বন্দ্ব সমাধান, তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণ, সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ, সম্পদ বরাদ্দ, প্রজ্ঞা এবং নৈতিক মূল্যবোধের মতো জ্ঞান শেখান।
• শিক্ষক নিশ্চিত করেন যে প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থী নিরাপদ পরিবেশে যথাযথ শিক্ষা পাচ্ছে এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের আত্ম-সম্পদ বৃদ্ধি হচ্ছে ।
• শিক্ষক ছাত্রদের সম্মান এবং ব্যক্তিগত আত্মবিশ্বাসসহ  উচ্চ শিক্ষা, পরিবার  এবং সমাজে বসবাসের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞান, নৈতিক বিশ্বাস, চরিত্র, নেতৃত্ব, এবং দক্ষতা  প্রস্তুত করেন ।
• শিক্ষক ছাত্রদের মধ্যে জ্ঞান, ভালো মূল্যবোধ, ঐতিহ্য, আধুনিক সময়ের চ্যালেঞ্জ এবং সেগুলো সমাধানের উপায় প্রদান করেন।
• শিক্ষক ধৈর্যের প্রতীক হয়ে নিরপেক্ষভাবে সকল ছাত্রের সাথে সমান আচরণ করেন। ছাত্রদের চ্যালেঞ্জগুলি কাটিয়ে উঠতে এবং সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা প্রদান করেন ।
• শিক্ষক ছাত্রদের বাস্তব জীবনের উদাহরণ দিয়ে  ঘটনা এবং বিষয়টি সম্পর্কে আরও ভাল বুজতে এবং সচেতনতা বাড়াতে সহায়তা করেন।
• শিক্ষক ছাত্রদেরকে মেধা, দক্ষতার সাথে মানানসই সেরা ক্যারিয়ার বাছাই করতে ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সেলিংয়ের মাধ্যমে সহায়তা করেন।
