সততা অর্থ প্রত্যেককে সব কিছু বলা না- তবে এর অর্থ হ’ল আপনি যা বলেন তা সত্য। কখনও কখনও তথ্য জানানো যায় না। কেন এটি নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে পারবেন না- তা ব্যাখ্যা করতে পারেন।
সততা বোঝার উপায়:
সৎ হওয়ার জন্য আপনার ক্রিয়াকলাপে স্বীকার করতে হবে, এমনকি যদি আপনি সমস্যায় পড়েন। ব্যাখ্যা করতে হবে কীভাবে এই পরিস্থিতি সত্যিই ঘটেছিল।
যে আচরণগুলি আপনাকে দোষী বোধ করায় , বিব্রত এবং মিথ্যা বলার শৃঙ্খল ভাঙতে সেগুলি থেকে দূরে থাকতে হবে।
অন্যদের সাথে নিজেকে তুলনা করা, নিজেকে বড় এবং ভাল মনে করা বন্ধ করতে পারলে সৎভাবে থাকা যায়।
আমরা সকলেই জানি- সততা ছাড়া কেউ সম্মান ও বিশ্বাস অর্জন করতে পারে না। জীবনে সততা অর্জনের জন্য আপনার শ্রদ্ধা এবং পারস্পরিক বিশ্বাসের অনুপ্রেরণা অনুশীলন করতে হবে।
