It is essential to understand that no one is born a monster; rather, cultural, social, systemic, and environmental factors turn individuals into monsters. Due to the polarization of culture and society, they are privileged and take pride in behaving frighteningly. Promoting mental health support, encouraging healthy communication, and fostering community can help monsters develop compassionate relationships. Understanding the root causes of the problems helps facilitate meaningful change and healing for both the monster and those around them. Below are some reasons that make someone feel like a “monster” in life:

Qualities  of a Person as a Monster:

Abusive Behavior and Lack of Empathy:

Monsters have a disturbing capacity for violence and can attack you in horrific ways. They are not willing to mediate with others. Engage in physical, emotional, or verbal abuse of others. They create fear and trauma in victims, creating cycles of violence and pain. They cannot understand or share the feelings of others and act in cruel or indifferent ways. Hence, they are indifferent to the exploitation and suffering of others.

Poor Emotional Control, Egoism, and Deceit:

They struggle to manage emotions effectively, often resulting in outbursts or irrational behavior, creating a chaotic environment and leading to destructive actions for others. An excessive focus on oneself often leads to a lack of respect for the needs and feelings of others, prioritizing personal desires over the well-being of those around them, leading to toxic relationships. Uses cunning or deceptive tactics to control or exploit others for personal gain. This behavior destroys trust and can cause significant emotional harm to victims.

Ideological Extremism and Vindictiveness:

They hold extreme beliefs that harm others or deny their humanity, leading to violence, discrimination, and mass loss of communities or groups. They believe they deserve special treatment or privileges regardless of the impact on others. This leads to selfish or harmful actions that disregard the rights and feelings of others. Propaganda and Addiction:

It dehumanizes others, incites hatred, and enables acts of violence or discrimination, Substance abuse, or addictive behaviors, which lead to harmful actions. As a result, they may act destructively by prioritizing their addictions over relationships and responsibilities.
