Why do We Need to Support Each Other?

• Achieving success on your own always requires more time, effort, knowledge, resources, and support from yourself and others.

Benefits of Support from Self and Others:

• Support – Both formal and informal are necessary to achieve success. Support from others, including yourself, can significantly increase your chances of success.
• By supporting others and building connections based on their experiences and successes – they can support your success. Support structures are – mastermind groups, accountability partners, and social networking.
• Every human being has different skills, talents and abilities. Success is easier when united by taking support from yourself and others – not judging others.
• In fact, other people can see a lot about you that you can’t see yourself. So, it is much easier to achieve success when you have people by your side to consider the things you have overlooked.

Example:
Support from both spouses in the family.

• নিজের দ্বারা সাফল্য অর্জনের জন্য সর্বদা আরও সময়, প্রচেষ্টা, জ্ঞান, সংস্থানসহ নিজের এবং অন্যদের থেকে সমর্থন লাগে।

নিজের এবং অন্যদের থেকে সহায়তার সুবিধা:

• সমর্থন- আনুষ্ঠানিক এবং অনানুষ্ঠানিক উভয়ই সাফল্য অর্জনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়। নিজেরসহ অন্যদের থেকে সমর্থন আপনার সাফল্যের সম্ভাবনাকে উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে বাড়িয়ে তুলতে পারে।
• অন্যদের সমর্থন করে তাদের অভিজ্ঞতা এবং সাফল্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে সংযোগ তৈরি করলে – তারা আপনার সাফল্যের  সমর্থন দিতে পারে। সমর্থন কাঠামো হল- মাস্টারমাইন্ড গ্রুপ, জবাবদিহিতা অংশীদার, এবং সামাজিক নেটওয়ার্কিং।
• প্রতিটি মানুষের বিভিন্ন দক্ষতা, প্রতিভা এবং ক্ষমতা আছে। অন্যদের বিচার না করে – নিজের এবং অন্যদের থেকে সহায়তা নিলে একত্রিত হলে সাফল্য সহজ হয়।
• আসলে, অন্য লোকেরা আপনার সম্পর্কে অনেক কিছু দেখতে পারে যা আপনি নিজেকে দেখতে পারেন না। তাই, আপনার পাশে মানুষ থাকলে আপনার উপেক্ষা করা বিষয় বিবেচনা করলে সাফল্য অর্জন করা অনেক সহজ।
