Cause Analysis – deals with the cause and effect of solving a problem. Problems are deviations from normality. To analyze the cause of the deviation one must ask oneself:
What or who is involved?
What exactly is the deviation from normal?
Impacts of Cause-Analysis:
If positive – you need to reinforce – or, if negative – to correct – you need to know why something happens.
Using an effect or assumption can temporarily solve the problem. However, most of the time – it turns out later – that the wrong cause has been considered.
To solve problem – – you need to find out exactly why it’s happening. Use “causal analysis” to find information—so that your actions can be based on real causes rather than guesswork.
কারণ বিশ্লেষণ- কোনও সমস্যা সমাধানের কারণ ও প্রভাব নিয়ে কাজ করে। সমস্যা হ’ল স্বাভাবিক থেকে বিচ্যুতি। বিচ্যুতির কারণ বিশ্লেষণ করতে নিজেকে জিজ্ঞাসা করতে হবে:
ইতিবাচক হলে- শক্তিবৃদ্ধি করতে হবে- অথবা, নেতিবাচক হলে- সংশোধন করার জন্য আপনাকে জানতে হবে – কেন কিছু ঘটে।
কোনও প্রভাব অথবা অনুমানের ব্যবহার অস্থায়ীভাবে সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারে। তবে, বেশিরভাগ সময়- পরে জানা যায় যে ভুল কারণটি বিবেচনা করা হয়েছে ।
সমস্যা সমাধানের ক্ষেত্রে – আপনাকে ঠিক কেন ঘটছে তা খুঁজে বের করতে হবে। তথ্য খুঁজে পেতে “কারণ-বিশ্লেষণ” ব্যবহার করুন- যাতে, আপনার ক্রিয়াকলাপ অনুমানের পরিবর্তে আসল কারণ নিয়ে কাজ করা যায় ।
