Importance of Writing:

• Clarity of thinking: Writing encourages us to be logical—to arrive at satisfactory solutions—to analyze complex professional and personal problems more clearly.
• Writing gives flexibility: writing allows us to decide when and how much we want to read—and reread when needed.
• Writing has portability: Writing clearly conveys ideas or information—providing a permanent record—often quickly to the attention of managers and others.
• Writing has staying power: written documents may not be appropriate in the moment—but may be appropriate for future actions. When we have something written in front of us – it becomes easier to self-examine/revise, evaluate and improve.

লেখার গুরুত্ব:

• লেখা নমনীয়তা দেয়: লেখার মাধ্যমে আমারা উপযুক্ত সময়ে কখন এবং কতটা পড়তে চাই তা নির্ধারণ করতে পারি- প্রয়োজনে পুনরায় পড়তেও পারি।
• লেখার বহনযোগ্যতা রয়েছে: লেখা স্পষ্টভাবে ধারনা বা তথ্য – স্থায়ী রেকর্ড প্রদান করে- প্রায়শই দ্রুত পরিচালকদের এবং অন্যদের নজরে পড়ে।
• লেখার স্থায়ী শক্তি রয়েছে: লিখিত নথিগুলি এই মুহর্তে উপযুক্ত নাও হতে পারে- কিন্তু ভবিষ্যতে কর্মের জন্য উপযুক্ত হতে পারে। যখন আমাদের সামনে কিছু লেখা থাকে – তখন আত্ম-পরীক্ষা/সংশোধন, মূল্যায়ন এবং উন্নতি করা সহজ হয়।
