Anger is an emotion – that causes uncomfortable and non-cooperative responses to a perceived provocation, threat, or injury. Anger makes it difficult to think straight and harms our physical and mental health. We need to learn how to manage anger in critical situations to maintain a peaceful life.
Reasons People Get Angry:
Anger comes from insecurity – which is driven by fear (loss of job, money, status, honor, possessions, etc.). Anger creates one of the strongest obstacles to the natural and spiritual path.
Anger comes from frustration, resentment, illness. Anger makes families, relationships, friendships and us unhappy.
Anger comes from feeling powerless or hopeless—if you’re experiencing health problems, in a bad relationship—you may feel angry.
When you are faced with a challenging situation – anxiety and frustration can manifest through anger.
Anger comes from personal loss, pain, and suffering, such as physical injury, grief associated with personal disappointment.
Anger comes from disrespect, injustice, fearful behavior from others.
Anger comes when you are trying to achieve a goal – but the goal is thwarted by circumstances and others.
Anger creates dark judgment, solves nothing. When anger gets out of control it becomes destructive – leading to problems.
রাগ হল একটি আবেগ – যা অনুভূত উস্কানি, হুমকি এবং আঘাতের জন্য অস্বস্তিকর এবং অ-সহযোগী প্রতিক্রিয়া সৃষ্টি করে। রাগ সরাসরি চিন্তা করা কঠিন করে তোলে এবং আমাদের শারীরিক ও মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের ক্ষতি করে। শান্তিপূর্ণভাবে জীবন বজায় রাখতে সংকটময় পরিস্থিতিতে কীভাবে রাগ পরিচালনা করা যায় তা আমাদের শিখতে হবে।
মানুষের রাগ হওয়ার কারণঃ
রাগ নিরাপত্তাহীনতা থেকে আসে- যা ভয় দ্বারা চালিত হয় (চাকরি, অর্থ, মর্যাদা, সম্মান, বস্তু ইত্যাদির ক্ষতি)। রাগ স্বাভাবিক এবং আধ্যাত্মিক পথের অন্যতম শক্তিশালী বিপত্তি তৈরী করে ।
হতাশা, বিরক্তি, অসুস্থতা থেকে রাগ আসে। রাগ পরিবার, সম্পর্ক, বন্ধুত্ব এবং আমাদের অসুখী করে।
রাগ শক্তিহীন বা আশাহীন অনুভূতি থেকে আসে- আপনি যদি স্বাস্থ্যের সমস্যা অনুভব করেন, খারাপ সম্পর্কের মধ্যে পড়েন- তবে আপনি রাগান্বিত বোধ করতে পারেন।
আপনি যখন চ্যালেঞ্জিং পরিস্থিতির মুখোমুখি হন – উদ্বেগ এবং হতাশা রাগের মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ পেতে পারে।
রাগ ব্যক্তিগত ক্ষতি, কষ্ট, এবং যন্ত্রণা থেকে আসে, যেমন- শারীরিক আঘাত, ব্যক্তিগত হতাশা সাথে জড়িত দুঃখ ।
রাগ অন্যের কাছ থেকে অসম্মান, অন্যায়, আতঙ্কিত আচরণ থেকে আসে।
রাগ আসে যখন আপনি লক্ষ্য অর্জনের চেষ্টা করছেন- অথচ পরিস্থিতি এবং অন্যদের দ্বারা লক্ষ্য বাধাপ্রাপ্ত হয়।
রাগ অন্ধকার বিচার তৈরি করে, কিছুর সমাধান করে না। যখন রাগ নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে চলে যায় তখন তা ধ্বংসাত্মক হয়ে ওঠে – সমস্যার দিকে নিয়ে যায়।
