So – sharing knowledge with others is essential.
Positive Effects of Sharing Knowledge in Society:
Through knowledge-sharing in society, individuals can learn from each other’s experiences and expertise – creating innovative solutions to problems. Furthermore, knowledge sharing positively impacts our engagement and job satisfaction.
Working together with others rather than using ego by sharing knowledge in society helps compromise.
Sharing knowledge in society avoids the blame game by finding the root cause of problems or errors.
Sharing knowledge promotes reconciliation in society when explanations or apologies are needed.
Knowledge sharing allows you to avoid unknowingly hurting people around you.
Sharing knowledge allows one to learn from mistakes, avoid blame, see the real problem, and take responsibility for correcting rather than suppressing. As a result, good relations are established in the society.
জ্ঞানই ক্ষমতা – এই পৃথিবীতে শুধুমাত্র জ্ঞানই অন্যদের সাথে ভাগ করে নেওয়ার সময়ও মান বৃদ্ধি করে। জ্ঞান ব্যতীত কোনও ব্যক্তি জীবনে উন্নতি করতে পারে না।জ্ঞান ভাগ একটি ক্রিয়াকলাপ যার মাধ্যমে মানুষ তথ্য, দক্ষতা, ক্ষমতা বন্ধু, সহকর্মী, পরিবার, সংস্থা, সম্প্রদায়, এবং সমাজের মধ্যে বিনিময় করে। সুতরাং – অন্যের সাথে জ্ঞান ভাগ অপরিহার্য মনে করে তা করা আবশ্যক।
সমাজে জ্ঞান ভাগ করে নেওয়ার ইতিবাচক প্রভাব:
সমাজে জ্ঞান-ভাগের মাধম্যে ব্যক্তিরা একে অপরের অভিজ্ঞতা এবং দক্ষতা থেকে শিখতে পারে – সমস্যার উদ্ভাবনী সমাধান তৈরি করতে পারে। অধিকন্তু, জ্ঞান ভাগাভাগি আমাদের ব্যস্ততা এবং কাজের সন্তুষ্টিতে ইতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলে।
সমাজে জ্ঞান ভাগ করে অহংকে ব্যবহার না করে একসাথে অন্যদের সাথে কাজ করলে আপস করতে সহায়তা করে।
সমাজে জ্ঞানের ভাগ করলে সমস্যা অথবা ত্রুটির উত্স খুজে পেতে কারণ খুজে বের করার ফলে দোষের গেম এড়িয়ে চলা যায় ।
কৈফিয়ৎ অথবা ক্ষমা চাওয়ার প্রয়োজন হলে জ্ঞান ভাগ করা সমাজে সমঝোতা উৎসাহিত করে।
জ্ঞান ভাগ আপনার চারপাশের লোকজনকে না জেনে আঘাত করা এড়িয়ে চলতে দেয়।
জ্ঞান ভাগ করলে ভুল থেকে শিখাসহ দোষ এড়ায়ে আসল সমস্যাটি দেখতে, দমন করার চেয়ে সংশোধন করার দায়িত্ব নিতে দেয় । ফলে সমাজে সুসম্পর্ক প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত হয়।
